چکیده
This article summarizes and puts into perspective the most important advances made in 2005 in the field of pulmonary vascular disease. The focuswill be entirely on pathogenetic and therapeutic aspects of pulmonary hypertension, although important articles have also been published in other areas of pulmonary vascular disease, including pulmonary embolism (1, 2) and high-altitude pulmonary edema (3, 4).
